That’s good! Right?
I’ve been working a lot. At my day job and on my Nonesuch dolls. I haven’t been drawing much lately, but I plan to remedy this soon. I started two new Tumblr blogs that I’ve been updating a lot more frequently than this poor website. Here are the links!
nonesuchgarden.tumblr.com
This one is for Nonesuch Garden. It’s purely photos of my dolls at this point, but I may start actually blogging a bit about them, too.
gummibaehr.tumblr.com
I’m a little shy to give out this link because I feel like I’m a boring blogger. But I made it for myself so it’s okay! I’m blogging everyday for 365 days to help motivate myself to work harder on my art and make it my top priority.
I do plan on updating this website more. I have a comic project in the works (unrelated to my graphic novel) that I hope to reveal soon. In the meantime, please check out my Tumblr blogs!

Hooray!
Just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that I am alive and well. I do apologize for the radio silence for the past two months. MoCCA was AMAZING! I had a really great time and met so many wonderful people! It’s always really inspiring to be around so many kind and talented people. It was a nice break before coming home to sort out my life.
As of three days ago, I am officially moved out of my parents’ house and living with my boyfriend in a decent little apartment in the town we both work in. For past two months I’ve been hyper focused on apartment hunting and keeping my head screwed on straight. So I haven’t had much time for making art or keeping up with my website.
But now that I’m getting settled into this new chapter of my life, I’m feeling very optimistic! There have been some exciting developments regarding my comics career that I now have time to focus on. I will also be hopefully updating this website a lot more regularly!
Stay tuned!

And here is some art:

A watercolor commission for a very bright 13 year old! These are her original characters from a story she’s writing. I had fun making this for her.

A “character sheet” of my dog, Mae! I drew this as reference for a friend who is painting a picture of Mae for me. Mae is TERRIFIED of cameras, so I drew her instead.

An elephant! Yay! I thought he was cuter without tusks so I guess he’s a baby elephant.
